Terms of Service

Orbi is an educational and informational software tool. These terms govern access to the website, desktop app, visual bot builder, Aegis data, automated controls, payments, and related services operated under the AnySynth name.

Effective September 20, 2026 · Last updated September 20, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, downloading or using Orbi, purchasing a plan, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “AnySynth,” “Orbi,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of Orbi under the AnySynth operating name; AnySynth is not presented as a registered corporation merely by use of that name.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and be legally permitted to use crypto trading and automation tools where you live. Access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and may be suspended under these Terms.

2. What Orbi provides

Orbi is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not personalized financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice, and no feature or output is a recommendation, offer, or promise to buy, sell, or hold any asset or contract.

Orbi is software for creating user-configured bot graphs, paper trading, monitoring automated strategies, viewing market and performance data, receiving general signals, reviewing trades, and—where enabled by you—sending execution instructions to connected systems. Features vary by plan, release, jurisdiction, configuration, and third-party availability. Orbi does not assess your finances, objectives, experience, tax position, or ability to bear loss, so its outputs may not be appropriate for your circumstances.

  • Tier 1 provides the desktop app, visual node builder, up to 10 saved bots, up to 4 running bots, analytics, and paper or live crypto execution. Executed live trades are subject to the displayed 0.5% Orbi platform fee.
  • Tier 2 provides unlimited saved bots subject to reasonable technical and abuse controls, up to 20 running bots, full Aegis access, and no Orbi per-trade fee.

Product previews and market cards on the public website may contain mock, simulated, or illustrative data. They are demonstrations of the interface, not live offers, trade confirmations, or evidence that a particular result was achieved.

3. Educational use, trading risk, and no guaranteed profits

Orbi does not guarantee winning trades, profits, returns, a stated win rate, passing a trading evaluation or challenge, or protection from loss. You can lose some or all of the capital committed to trading. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbi and AnySynth are not liable for your trading, investment, crypto, or market losses.

Trading involves substantial risk. Markets can move rapidly, liquidity can disappear, orders can fill at worse prices than expected, and a strategy can experience losses, drawdowns, or prolonged underperformance. Fees, spreads, slippage, latency, taxes, and subscription costs reduce returns.

Any displayed win rate, profit, backtest, paper-trading result, signal score, or historical performance figure is educational and descriptive only. Simulated and hypothetical results do not represent actual trading and may not fully account for liquidity, slippage, delayed data, rejected or partial fills, fees, changing market conditions, or a user’s ability to continue through losses. Past, simulated, modelled, hypothetical, or paper performance does not predict future results, and actual results may differ materially. A higher win rate does not necessarily mean a strategy is profitable because losses may be larger than wins.

Labels such as “low risk,” “high confidence,” “lock,” “edge,” “recommended,” or a displayed probability are relative software classifications, not statements of certainty or safety. Signals, forecasts, Aegis scores, wallet profiles, runner stages, and social classifications can be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or rendered obsolete by new information.

Stop-losses, take-profit levels, daily-loss limits, position limits, and other controls may reduce risk but cannot eliminate it or guarantee execution at a selected price. Gaps, volatility, latency, outages, configuration errors, and third-party failures can cause a loss to exceed a displayed or configured limit.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether a strategy, signal, position size, market, and connected account are appropriate for you. Use only capital you can afford to lose, independently verify information, and consult qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals where appropriate.

4. Automated execution and user control

Automated execution is optional where available. Enabling it authorizes configured systems to submit instructions without asking you to approve each transaction. Automation may act faster than you can intervene and can compound errors or losses before you notice them. Educational or informational outputs do not become suitable for you merely because you enable automatic execution.

  • You create or import the node graph and choose its links, connected account, permissions, strategy, limits, and capital.
  • You must monitor activity and keep independent broker or venue safeguards in place.
  • You must know how to pause the bot and revoke third-party access.
  • You may connect only Discord servers, Telegram accounts, channels, and other destinations that you are authorized to manage.
  • You remain responsible for orders and positions submitted through credentials, permissions, or systems you control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Bot templates, shared graphs, Aegis inputs, and community strategies are starting points, not recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing every imported or edited node and connection. Orbi and AnySynth do not design a graph for your personal circumstances and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, are not liable for losses caused by a graph you create, import, configure, enable, or leave running.

We may suspend automation when we detect a security, operational, compliance, market, or safety concern, but we have no duty to monitor your account or prevent every loss.

5. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information and keep your password, device, invitation, and connected-service credentials secure. Do not share an account or allow another person to use your access. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us, subject to mandatory law. We may require verification, rotate or revoke sessions, restrict roles, or suspend access to protect the service and its users.

6. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Current plan features and prices are shown on the pricing page or at checkout. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed for twelve months in advance and may include the displayed 15% discount. Taxes and third-party trading costs are separate unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Card subscriptions are processed by Stripe. If card checkout identifies a subscription as renewing automatically, it renews for the stated period until cancelled. You may cancel before renewal to stop future charges; access normally continues through the paid period. Crypto checkout is processed by NOWPayments as a prepaid purchase for the selected monthly or annual term. Crypto plans do not automatically renew unless checkout expressly offers and you accept a recurring arrangement; otherwise, a new payment is required for the next term. Cancelling or allowing Orbi access to expire does not close positions, cancel market orders, or revoke a wallet or exchange permission. Do those things directly with the relevant provider.

Cryptocurrency prices, network fees, confirmation times, and supported assets can change. Send only the requested asset on the requested network and amount. Underpayments, overpayments, late payments, or payments sent on the wrong network may require manual review and may not activate access automatically. Access begins only after our payment processor reports the payment as finished and we validate the order.

We may change prices or plan contents prospectively. We will provide advance notice where required and will not change the price of a period already paid for.

7. Refund policy

Except where law requires a refund or a checkout offer expressly provides one, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not create a prorated refund for unused time. Duplicate charges or a failure to receive purchased access should be reported promptly to [email protected] so we can investigate and correct them.

Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. A refund that is legally required or expressly approved may require identity, ownership, transaction, and destination checks and may be returned in a supported asset or equivalent value less non-refundable network or processor costs where permitted by law. Never send funds outside the checkout instructions.

If mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, that right controls. For digital services made available immediately at your request, the law in your location may permit the withdrawal right to end or the refundable amount to be reduced once performance begins, but only where the required disclosures and consent were provided.

8. Affiliate program

If you apply for or use an Orbi affiliate account, this section also applies. Participation is subject to approval and continued compliance with these Terms. Affiliate dashboard figures may be pending, estimated, reversed, or delayed while we validate attribution, payment, refunds, chargebacks, fraud signals, and program eligibility.

  • The standard commission is 30% of qualifying Orbi subscription revenue attributed through your affiliate link during the referred subscriber’s first six paid months, unless a different written rate is displayed for your account.
  • An active affiliate promo code currently gives an eligible new customer 40% off their first subscription payment only. It does not discount later renewals unless a different duration is expressly shown at checkout. Promo-code commission is calculated from the amount Orbi actually receives after the discount, taxes, refunds, and other adjustments.
  • A subscriber whose prerelease email was first attributed through your valid affiliate link earns a 40% commission rate during the same six-month window. Commission is based on the qualifying subscription amount actually paid after the subscriber’s launch discount and other valid credits, excluding taxes, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks.
  • Commission continues only while the referred subscription remains active and paid. It ends after the sixth paid month or earlier if the subscriber cancels, stops paying, receives a refund, or otherwise becomes ineligible. Commission is calculated on the qualifying amount actually received, excluding taxes, credits, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and amounts that are not collected.
  • Commission remains pending through a T+7 validation period. Available balances of at least USD $100 are scheduled for processing during the first week of the following month.
  • Supported payout methods may include PayPal, cryptocurrency, and wire transfer. Method availability, processing time, fees, identity checks, tax documents, and minimums can vary by provider, country, and currency.

You are responsible for accurate account and payout information, taxes on affiliate income, and legally required advertising or affiliate disclosures. You may not use self-referrals, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, spam, misleading performance or income claims, impersonation, unauthorized paid search on Orbi or AnySynth names, or any other deceptive or unlawful attribution method.

We may withhold, reverse, or investigate commission connected to returns, disputes, duplicate accounts, prohibited promotion, manipulation, or suspected fraud. We may change or end the program prospectively with reasonable notice where practical. Participation does not guarantee traffic, conversions, commission, or any amount of income.

9. Acceptable use and community conduct

You may not use Orbi to:

  • break laws, market rules, sanctions, exchange rules, or third-party terms;
  • manipulate markets, trade on unlawfully obtained information, or facilitate fraud;
  • probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service;
  • share invitations, resell access, impersonate others, or misrepresent results;
  • upload malicious code or interfere with another user’s account or privacy; or
  • publish threats, harassment, illegal content, deceptive performance claims, or material that infringes another person’s rights in any Orbi community or support channel.

10. Financial and regulatory status

Orbi is an educational software and general-information product. Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement, Orbi and AnySynth are not acting as your broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, exchange, clearinghouse, custodian, fiduciary, or tax adviser. Orbi does not hold customer trading funds, manage your portfolio, assess suitability, or provide individualized investment recommendations through the website, app, bots, alerts, communities, or support channels.

You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful, whether a provider is authorized in your location, and whether you meet age, identity, suitability, funding, and reporting requirements. Access may be restricted by jurisdiction or compliance status.

11. Third-party platforms and data

Brokers, exchanges, market-data vendors, blockchain networks, Stripe, NOWPayments, hosting providers, and other integrations are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Mentioning a third party does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

We do not control third-party outages, delayed or incorrect data, rejected orders, account restrictions, fees, settlement, custody, or eligibility decisions. You authorize Orbi to exchange the information and instructions necessary to provide an integration you enable.

12. Software license and ownership

Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Orbi desktop app. Orbi’s code, interface, models, strategy descriptions, branding, and content remain owned by the operator or its licensors. No source code, strategy, trademark, or other right is transferred to you.

Feedback may be used to improve Orbi without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

13. Availability, warranties, and limitation of liability

Orbi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We do not promise that signals, market data, software, updates, risk controls, or third-party integrations will always be timely, accurate, secure, or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbi, AnySynth, and the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or business; or trading, investment, crypto, tax, or market losses arising from your use or inability to use the service, user-created or imported bot graphs, strategy performance, automation, market movement, or third-party conduct.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for Orbi during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters where applicable law prohibits limitation.

14. Suspension, termination, and service changes

You may stop using Orbi and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful or abusive use, violation of these Terms, third-party requirements, or discontinuation of a feature. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export information or resolve the issue.

Terms concerning payment obligations, ownership, risk, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue after termination.

15. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as Orbi changes. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, communicated before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where affirmative consent is required.

Applicable law governs these Terms. Nothing here selects a law or forum that would deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

16. Contact

Questions, billing issues, legal notices, and complaints may be sent to [email protected]. Please include enough detail for us to identify the account and issue, but do not email passwords, private keys, broker credentials, or other sensitive secrets.
